The COVID-19 outbreak overwhelmed the world and San Antonio has suffered not only fatigue, but loss. We are all doing what we can to preserve our health, safety and well-being. We continue to be challenged in new ways and for some, it seems to be beyond our own ability. But there is hope! People talk about San Antonio “getting back to normal,” but we know that this will be a “new normal.” We need to adjust to the many changes brought on by the last two years – possibly enduring a return to work in the office or perhaps new hybrid working, face-to-face socializing, and children learning at school full-time. With these changes come anxiety, depression, and may also bring up past trauma. We can help with all of this and more!
At Peace For The Heart Counseling we prefer to have in-person sessions whenever possible, however it’s your choice. We understand and provide services which fit the needs each client upon request to include masking, distancing, and sanitizing for in-person sessions. If you would like to start therapy either in-person or via teletherapy, we can help!
Peace For The Heart Counseling is open. We are working with current clients through HIPAA compliant online services. Through this hardship, we are reminded of our collective capacity to adapt and gain resilience.
